FAQs

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 10am. We have a lock box for all check-ins and will provide details of this on booking.

Can I have an early check-in or check-out?

Please contact us so we can advise closer to your booking day.

Do you have WIFI?

We are working towards having WIFI installed across our accommodation. Mobile coverage is available on the property, but we cannot guarantee the quality.

Are there TVs in the tents?

Willow Wood has been designed as a place for relaxation and reconnection with nature and as such there are no TVs in the tents. Bring your favourite book, relax and enjoy the tranquillity.

Can we bring our kids?

We’re set up as a family-friendly retreat to allow for relaxation and escaping from the busy pace of day-to-day life.

Are you dog-friendly?

As we are a working farm, it isn’t possible to bring your pooch, however we have two terrific dog kennels close by so they can come for a canine vacay!  Visit Marlee Country Kennels and Ticketyboo Kennels for information.

Are the tents accessible?

Please contact us regarding your accessibility requirements. While our tents are not wheelchair accessible, we may be able to accommodate other levels of mobility.

What are Willow Wood's eco credentials?

We are working towards being entirely solar and battery powered and use sustainable practices such as rainwater harvesting. Our hot water systems are designed for water conservation refilling every 40 minutes with rainwater.

We try and minimise our consumer footprint by supplying a plastic free locally sourced breakfast hamper made with low food miles. Compostable and biodegradable coffee pods by Margaret River Roasting Co are supplied.  We use refillable Larn’wa spa products made with pure Australian botanicals and sustainable practices.  We provide Seeding Slippers which are vegan, friendly, natural and 100% plastic free.

These biodegradable plant-based slippers are made with three organically substantially sourced materials, flax, linen, and cork.

Is Willow Wood LGBTQI+ friendly?

Yes we are. We welcome all singles and couples.

Are the tents serviced?

We provide a tent refresh for stays of 3 nights or more.

What is provided in the tents?

Everything you would expect in a hotel room: all linen, towels, coffee pod machine with pods, kettle and tea, bar fridge, toaster, food preparation area, complimentary breakfast board on the first morning (please advise of any dietary requirements on booking), bathroom amenities and a hair dryer.

Are the tents heated/cooled?

Yes we have reverse cycle air-conditioning and a stylish electric fire in each of our tents, powered by solar & battery.

What can we do on and around Willow Wood?

Relax! We have beautiful massage and spa treatments available exclusively for guests, and walk trails through the natural bushland and working farm with Highland Cattle.  If you want to take the walking a little further, Ambergate Reserve is a short drive away and ideal for nature lovers and birdwatching.

How far are you from the Busselton airport?

Just a 15-minute drive.

How do I check-in?

We’ll send you a confirmation letter with details on how to use our secure access and lock box, plus a map to find your tent.
